Preparing for Persecution as an Individual Christian

  1. The Lord God omnipotent Reigneth in every Generation.
  2. Fear God and not Man through all your days.
  3. Memorize and/or know the truth of every chapter in the Bible.
  4. Exercise your faith in doctrinal and practical things.
  5. Being prayerful in spirit, pray without ceasing it.
  6. Stand firm to God’s Word; Never Compromise the Bible.
  7. Join another Christian who is likeminded for Bible reading and prayer.
  8. Train all that will respond under your influence.
  9. Evangelize through your own personal revivalism and communion with God.
  10. Always be careful whom you trust with your burden in persecution.
  11. Be in regular public worship, but carry with you always praise and thanksgiving of heart.
  12. Pray regularly the Imprecatory Psalms revealed through the Bible against the enemies of God.
  13. Rely on your Christian home and Christian marriage, trusting your Christian family.
  14. Remember the remnant Christians of your acquaintance and around the world.
  15. Try the spirits and the new converts of your generation, strengthening righteousness and truth.
