To know through Scripture where we are in history is a great strength to the heart. While this is the greatest hour to be a Christian, it is also the most difficult hour to be a Christian. Every Christian throughout history has been divinely appointed to live proving God’s grace in his unique generation. We are to live this Christian life with and for the Saviour to His glory. At the same time, we are called upon by God’s grace in our appointed generation to be light to this world and salt to this earth. Being a light to our generation is not simply sharing the Gospel in evangelism; we are to be a light against sin, error, and the apostasy. Accompanying light is salt; we must be a restrainer of all evil and wrong against God.

The End of an Age

We often remind our readers that we are in the End Time of the last days. The end of something is not only a culmination of many things but also the beginning of something else. Daniel spoke of “the end” in his prophecies (Dan. 8, 9, 11, and 12). Christ also spoke of an end in the Olivet Discourse (Matt. 24). There are basically three “ends” that rise up in prophecy; each of these “ends” close an age: (1) the end of the Church Ages resolved by the secret Rapture, (2) the end of the Tribulation Period resolved by the Battle of Armageddon, and (3) the end of the world (as we know it within the Millennium) resolved by a new heaven and new earth.

The Bible reveals a great sifting and shaking that will occur at these crucial transitions. Hebrews 12:25–29 speaks of a shaking of earth and heaven. In this text, the apostle Paul returns to the terrifying scene of Mount Sinai previously addressed. However, now he brings forth the promise that the voice of God will cause not only the earth to be shaken again but also heaven. He hastens to explain that this means the removing of those things which can be shaken. Following this shaking, only the abiding and eternal things will remain. We truly are living in the day of God’s shakings. Amos 9 reveals tremendous detail about how God will shake Israel as in a sieve, while promising that the least grain will not fall through (Amos 9:9). In contrast, the shaking of Hebrews 12 is a warning to the church. The rapid and radical changes coming to the churches across the world are an evidence of God’s mighty shakings. His shaking is separating out all the Elect in anticipation of His secret coming in the Rapture. At that point in time, all but the Elect will have fallen away. Who or what will be left standing when God is finished?

For the Christian these shakings are to extract from our lives all that is not truly identified with Christ. In the words of 2 Peter 3:10–13, it seems that the shaking Peter reveals will take place at the end of the history of the world as we know it. Nevertheless, there will be spiritual shakings before the Rapture of the Elect. Note the declaration of Christ to the Laodicean church in Revelation 3:16: “I will spue thee out of my mouth.” The word spue is a first aorist active infinitive of emeo, meaning “to vomit, to reject with extreme disgust.” When will this spewing take place? Is this spewing part of the shaking that has already taken place in the dismantling of Fundamentalism—yea, throughout all Christendom?

The cultural lifestyle of humanity is also radically changing in the earth. This indicates that the inner principle or character of humanity is becoming more and more sordid, wretched, and lawless; such humanity will ultimately defy and deny the biblical God and His Son.

Principles are what control people’s lives; thus, if principles change, then the outworking of those principles in life change too. This can be clearly seen in the proclivities of Western civilization. Since the Protestant Reformation, God’s Revelation (the Scriptures) has been a strong, dominating influence in Western civilization in various compartments of life. But Western civilization first left God’s revelation and resorted to reason. And since the early 1950s, our country has left reason and has progressively entered subjectivism and existentialism, now bringing our society into Postmodernism. More and more the global society is living with a rejection of law, order, design, purpose, and beauty. Thus, lawlessness and moral, spiritual, and emotional insanity are currently controlling the world.

Shockingly, these recent months have revealed radically different ideological candidates running for the presidency and vying for control of our society. To such people, freedom for humanity, including freedom of speech, of religion, of possessions, and of worship are not cherished but hated. Pride of man and his intense covetousness for control consume them. While one candidate wants to return us to our freedoms and liberties, the other boldly seeks greater control of our lives, even to the point of absolute control over everything that touches our lives, including our thinking and belief in God.

Truly, our country, yea, the world is in overwhelming transition. What will this transition finally yield? Transitions are brought about by epochs, either taking place in a notoriously influential person or in a crucial event that forces the change. This year our country entered an epoch, one of global proportion in influence, which we were told was commenced by the pandemic and all its draconian governmental side effects. This presidential election will be an epoch, not only for this nation but also the world.

The Transition Integrity Project

A revelation of the present distress in our country at the time of the 2020 election is found in the document entitled the Transition Integrity Project (TIP) that first made its appearance in 2019. This writing has emerged from a think tank of those who obsessively hate Donald Trump and deeply desire to destroy him and his administration no matter what happens in the November election. Such intent had been in planning for several years, but it has finally been voiced in a formal, written document. The Transition Integrity Project is the product of one hundred Liberals and Leftists who are former government officials, educators, and other prominent leaders, including many who were under President Barack Hussein Obama.

This former president ran on the promise that he would “radically change America.” Although many “radical” changes came during his administration, God’s providence did not permit a full overthrow of America. Instead, God shocked the world with a non-politician entering the White House named Donald John Trump, who became immediately the Liberals’ worst nightmare and ideological enemy. The Democratic Party has become a radically changed political party from its earlier days; it is presently the ideological product of the Obamas and the Clintons. They had hoped that the Constitution and governing principles of the United States would have been overthrown during Obama’s administration, but that did not happen. Thus, the surprise overthrow of the presidential candidate Hillary Clinton by Donald Trump has provoked the anger of the Liberals and the Deep State, who have determined that this will never happen again.

Simultaneously, they diabolically have planned several scenarios of strategy, depending on the outcome of the November election. If Donald Trump wins the election, they are determined to overthrow his presidency and to ensure the impossibility of such a thing ever happening again. Their plans are written down and entitled the “Transition Integrity Project.” These men and women have worked on their battle plan for what they view as a “political war game” for each of four possible scenarios: (1) a large Biden victory; (2) a narrow Biden win; (3) an indeterminate result; or, (4) a large or narrow Trump win.

So much intense anger, corruption, deception, and lying have been fomented in our nation that there will be an explosion no matter what scenario resolves about the elections. If there is a narrow victory by Biden/Harris, Donald Trump may refuse to concede defeat with the belief there has been voter fraud in the deluge of mail-in ballots (and perhaps other influences suspected). After all, we have witnessed this year thousands of voting ballots thrown away, discarded in rooms in post offices, and thrown into dumpsters. What if this continues for the next two months leading up to Inauguration Day in January? Yes, this could go on for months with huge protests in the streets on both sides. Or, if Trump wins, even overwhelmingly, we will see riots in the streets, and potentially a coup d’état attempt. Who will the police or military side with? “We anticipate lawsuits, divergent media narratives, attempts to stop the counting of ballots, and protests drawing people from both sides,” TIP writes in a post-exercise report summarizing their findings. “The potential for violent conflict is high.” Hillary Clinton has pressed Biden, if he loses, not to concede; and there are those who have suggested the same to Trump if he loses.

This document is a blueprint of treason and sedition that reflects how the liberal Democratic Party will respond seeking to overthrow government. It is not so much an objective account of what might happen, but a subjective account of what they hope will happen. It is very clear they will contest the election-day results if Donald Trump wins. It will be their intent to drag the election period into November and December continuing to foment chaos across the country.

The Governing Principles of TIP

Coming out of the Transition Integrity Project are the following implications forwarded by the Leftists and Liberals:

1. To “delegitimize” the election and its result.
2. Be unwilling to abide by the election results (this they have been openly speaking of for months).
3. They will try to get battleground states governed by Democrats to offer competing slates of electors in order to confuse the Electoral College and will use legal (and illegal) means to do so.
4. They will create a political sit-down and force Trump to enter a compromise that alters the government in fundamental ways that ensure the Democratic Party will rule indefinitely.
5. They plan an unprecedented assault on the election outcome to try to do away with the election night results.
6. They will promote propaganda to portray and try to convince the country that the results will be dangerous for America.
7. They want an indefinite period to count mail-in ballots. They want to make voter fraud work to their advantage. They will try to halt ballot counts using the courts.
8. They will call for public protests across the country, thereby creating mayhem.
9. They will try to get military leaders on their side, or at least not at the disposal of Trump’s use to maintain order.
10. They plan to prevent a peaceful administrative transition and to disrupt it.
11. They will seek a totalitarianism to prioritize their own personal, atheistic ideologies and financial gains over the voting public.
12. If needed, they will attempt to throw the election into the Pelosi-controlled House.
13. They will spread fear and panic across the country so that a fair election may take months.
14. They will be out to benefit themselves financially. They seek to be back in positions of power.
15. They have already proven how far they will go in rioting, burnings, and destruction of property as well as polluting the country with their vile intimidation to create utter chaos in the nation. They will use any means necessary to get their way and re-establish themselves in leadership in this country.
16. They will financially sustain political battles extending at least through the end of January.
17. They will contest elections at the state level using Democrats in power. They plan to claim irregularities to prolong the count. (Their radical revolution they envisage will take time.)
18. From now on, they will downplay the notion that mail-in ballots and other loose voting practices are causes of fraud. They will continue to claim that protests are peaceful and call for more of them.
19. They plan to use the next two months to spread their propaganda to the public, to the sympathetic media, and to permeate the Democrats’ campaign.
20. They are aiming to undermine the core norms of the republic and the rule of law. They stand for corrupt and authoritarian practices. They are against free and fair elections and peaceful transitions of power. The only administrative stability they support is for their own left-wing people, commonly known today as the Deep State, remaining in government through thick and thin.

The Chaotic Civil War That May Be Ahead

By contesting the win of Donald Trump (should he do so), the TIP planners will continue the assault on Trump from the left that began as far back as 2015. The leftist revolutionary forces have never let up. The fake Russia collusion project went on for years, followed by the corruption of the Mueller investigation, the incredible lies of Adam Schiff, the corruption of the FBI and Obama in spying on Trump, the futile impeachment, and now the blame being placed on Trump for COVID deaths.

On October 17, 2020, Former Secretary of Labor Robert Reich (under Obama) stated on his Tweet account:

When this nightmare is over [the Trump presidency] we need a post voting day of a “Truth and Reconciliation Commission.” Such a Commission would erase Trump’s lies, comfort those who have been harmed by his hatefulness, and name every official, politician, executive, and media mogul whose greed and cowardice enabled this catastrophe. . . . We must do all that we can to make sure this never happens again.

The Democratic Party is determined to accomplish five things if they take over the presidency. And, if Donald Trump wins again, they will not submit to him unless he supports these five demands:

1. Expand the Supreme Court of the United States and require retirement at the age of 70.
2. Abolish the Electoral College.
3. Grant statehood to the District of Columbia (which is given to Democrat voting) and Puerto Rico.
4. Divide California into five states.
5. End the Filibuster.

They believe these five demands will guarantee their party the perpetual preeminence of power over the government.

If Donald Trump is voted back in as president, the Antifa and Black Lives Matter (arms of the Democratic Party) have vowed through creating chaos to force a totalitarian government upon us. One reporter cogently observed the following:

Many buildings are hiring off duty cops instead of private security companies because they fear a repeat of Denver, where a private guard shot and killed a protester, said one real estate insider. The NYPD is advising buildings to get the extra security. They’ve never done this before. Other top buildings, such as 220 Central Park South, which is home to hedge funder Ken Griffin’s $238 million condo, say they are already well guarded but will take extra precautions, like keeping entrances locked at night, and only open to residents. How sad is it that folks are terrified about their physical safety and for the property they own simply because of a national election, which is one of the many privileges of living in a republic?

We, unlike many nations, get to choose our leaders, and thus, the direction we go as a country. But now, thanks to the hate mongers in the mainstream media who have stirred up the masses to hate President Donald Trump with false narratives, folks on the left have come to see the destruction of property and violence against those who disagree with them as acceptable means of dealing with ideological diversity.

Conclusion

When these four years of Donald Trump’s presidency have ended, we may have witnessed from the Leftists and Socialists their greatest contributions to “The Lie” furthering the corruption of our country. Whatever may be said of the man Donald Trump, it is evident that God has used Donald Trump to force to the surface from “the political swamp” of our government the most wicked men and women; additionally, he has revealed the Deep State and their powerful arm of “fake news” that has become the prelude to the embodiment of the End-time Lie in the coming of Antichrist. The powers in Washington, D.C., have now risen with bold, arrogant, haughty, lying words to forcefully do away with righteousness in the earth. Truly, the kings of the earth are taking counsel together against the Lord and His anointed.

For the mystery of iniquity doth already work: only he who now letteth [hindereth] will let [hinder], until he be taken out of the way. And then shall that Wicked be revealed, whom the Lord shall consume with the spirit of his mouth, and shall destroy with the brightness of his coming: Even him, whose coming is after the working of Satan with all power and signs and lying wonders, And with all deceivableness of unrighteousness in them that perish; because they received not the love of the truth, that they might be saved. And for this cause God shall send them strong delusion, that they should believe a lie [Greek, the lie]: That they all might be damned who believed not the truth, but had pleasure in unrighteousness (2 Thess. 2:7–12).
